Do you have a month slicer to make the monthsum show as the correct value?
If not, I think you can try
= Divide( calculate([monthsum], FILTER(table, table[month]="December)), [REVENUSUM])

Try something like the following:
Measure =DIVIDE( [MONTHSUM], calculate( [REVENUESUM], all(table[MONTHS] )))
Covering the world! 9:00-10:30 AM Sydney, 4:00-5:30 PM CET (Paris/Berlin), 7:00-8:30 PM Mexico City
