Percent of column Total

I am building a matrix in PBI using a PowerPivot Excel report as a template. I have a few columns I don't know how to do in PBI.  I'll just mention one in this post to keep things simple.

I was going to upload a pic, but this message tool is pretty clunky so what I have below will do.

I have the Quadrant , Payor Group and Trips fields already. I need a column to return each company's % of the total trips, as in the last column on the right.

Can anyone help?
