I have created a PayPeriod Column as our requirements from startdate to end date for example

Praneeth19_0-1688569665625.png

and i added the pay period slicer to the report as

Praneeth19_1-1688569816819.png

Hi @Praneeth19 ,
Please go to Power Query and merge your columns as follows:
Duplicate your three columns first and use them to merge into one column.
Beginning Example:

Remove all but the number in the Transform tab.

Go to Add Column tab and Merge the dates using a "-"

Merge the two columns, making sure to click on the number column first and then the dates. Connect with ": "

Use the resulting column  as your slicer.
