Hi all,
I want to make a path column to filter on. The issue is that everytime new data is generated, all the new dest and source are paired, but the IDs generated in the dest will never be the same as the source. So I get the error in the headline.
Is there a way to make this work or another technique of doing it?
My idea was to generate a path for the current units, how they are populated today, then using the path to filter the history with CONTAIN to filter all the connected history of a current unit.
Best regards,
radiator
Hi, @radiator
You can create a mapping table that keeps track of the relationship between source and destination IDs. This way, you can always refer to the mapping table to find the corresponding destination ID for a given source ID. You can share the pbix file without sensitive data and the effect you want to achieve, which might help you solve the problem faster.
