Passing parameter value in a Query

Below is the Query which I am passing and i get result when the value of w.lotID is "qqwer". Now I have created a parameter as ID and I am passing it below. but I am not getting any result. the parameter defined is of type text and default value is "qqwer". I would like to know what wrong am I doing and what is the correct way of passing parameter here?. In same query if i replace &lotId& with qqwer I get the result.

let
lotId = ID,
Source = DocumentDB.Contents("https://localhost:8081", "TestDatabase", null, [Query = "SELECT c.tests[""101""] FROM test w JOIN c in w.partRun WHERE w.lotID = ""&lotId&"""]),
#"Expanded Document" = Table.ExpandRecordColumn(Source, "Document", {"101"}, {"Document.101"})
in
#"Expanded Document"

Hi @Anonymous ,

Dynamic M query is not supported T-SQL based data sources: SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Synapse SQL pools (such as Azure SQL Data Warehouse), and Synapse SQL OnDemand pools.

For more details please check the considerations-and-limitations of Dynamic M query parameters in Power BI Desktop.

Best Regards,

Jay
