Partial Refresh Dataflow

Hello, I have a dataflow which has a table with a country column. I have a power bi report that points to this dataflow. During the update it downloads all the data from the dataflow. I would like to work only on a country (for example France) but not by filtering on the country in the column. The goal is to avoid downloading everything again during the update. The idea would be to create a query which filters filtered data upon import. Is it possible ?
