If 103 is used in two different products then, how to resolve this issue...

It depends on the final result. One possibility could be applying a many-to-many pattern

The objective is to know the main parent and the trail of sub parent till final level...the above cas is sample my main sheet has 5000+ lines...it should be noted one item can be used in more than one product and the resultant product can be used in multiple product...

Ok.. Could you post a sample of your data along with expected results ?
