Parameterize start-date and end-date of Power BI API call

Hi,

I have this API call

It uses a startdate and enddate.
This call is input for a Power BI dataset.

What I want is this API call to behave like an incremental refresh on a fact table.
I know how to configure an incremental refresh on a fact table, but how do I do it for this API call?
Changing this
'&startdate=2024-01-01&enddate=2024-01-02'
into this
'&startdate>=2024-01-01&enddate=2024-01-02' gives an error.

So question is:

How do I parameterize startdate and enddate in the API call, so it will add the new data to my Power BI dataset?

Regards
Ron
