Parameter error

I am trying to set incremental refresh by setting up parameters to my date/time column but I receive this error message when loading the model. Pls advise how to correct it. Thanks!

I think the error message clearly says what's wrong. You're trying to compare Dates to Datetimes. Since these two types are not comparable you have to convert one of the types into the other.
