Parameter Multiplier Forecast Model in BI

Hi,

I am working with a report containing student data. Some of the students have graduated, some are still pending graduation. The pending students are reflected in a column titled "Anticipated Completion". This column counts all students that are expected to graduate. I am trying to build a forecast slicer that would give the end user the ability to calculate number of students who actually graduate if we expect 100% of anticipated completions to graduate, vs 80%, etc. I've used a parameter with a numeric value but the end user doesn't really see it. I've set a parameter "Anticipated Completion projection" to 100, which means that we expect 100% of all the students in the "Anticipated Completion" column to graduate. Is there a way to make this dynamic? And have the "Anticipated Completion" column values update as this number updates (currently I created another column that calculates the value in "Anticipated completion" * "Anticipated Completion projection" parameter/100? Also, can I somehow make this visible to the end user? Thank you so much for all the help!

You can try using numeric parameters. Please refer to attached video for reference.

Hi,

Share some data to work with and show the expected result.  Share data in a format that can be pasted in an MS Excel file.
