Paginated report to list all projects instead of displaying one project at a time?

I currently have a Report that lists a projects details on a tab when you select it from a drop-down box.

Can anyone point me to a tutorial that will demonstrate how to create a paginated report that exports to PPT and lists each project? on it's own slide

Hi @jchww ,

Power BI Report Builder can't do this at present. In general, you can only change the parameters manually and print them one by one. Or use the following two workarounds.

1. Place these parameter values in an excel sheet or SharePoint list, and then export a paginated report for each row in an Excel Online table or SharePoint list.

2. Change your report design (or create a new report base on the same dataset) to make it a print only version, for this, you can refer to this answer.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
