Hi @hsubra1 In Power BI Paginated Reports, subreport headers don't appear in the main report. You can replicate the header content in the main report or pass parameters to conditionally display it. Another option is to move the header content into the subreport's body or use a textbox in the main report to mimic the header.

Hi @hsubra1 ,

Adding to @Akash_Varuna  solution, headers defined in subreports do not appear in the main report when using Power BI Paginated Reports.

According to Microsoft documentation-- The subreport does not display report items that are in the page header and page footer. Only the contents of the body of the subreport report item display.

Add a subreport and parameters to a Report Builder paginated report - Microsoft Report Builder & Pow...

Workarounds

  1. Place the header content directly above the subreport control in the main report.
  2. Shift the header into the subreport’s body by using a tablix header row, a rectangle, or a text box at the top.
  3. Use parameters or visibility rules to show the appropriate header layout when needed.
  4. If you need more flexibility and control over the layout, consider merging the subreport into the main report.
