Paginated Report not Cross Filtering

After meeting with Microsoft's support team I finally got this issue resolved (I believe). Had to create a new workspace (could not convert current workspace to premium with PPU trial), and then had to set up parameters associated with my slicers in both Power BI Report Builder and again in Power BI Desktop when connecting to the Paginated Report.
deosnt apply its not working can any one let me know i am getting Object reference not set to an instance of an object in report builder while running how to generate parameters
