Paginated Report not Cross Filtering

After meeting with Microsoft's support team I finally got this issue resolved (I believe). Had to create a new workspace (could not convert current workspace to premium with PPU trial), and then had to set up parameters associated with my slicers in both Power BI Report Builder and again in Power BI Desktop when connecting to the Paginated Report.

You may try turning on the "Auto-apply filters" option in Format pane. By default, this option is turned off.
- Select your paginated report visual. From the Format pane, turn Auto-apply filters on.
