Paginated Report Schedule refresh Send email as Report Copy
is it possible to create subscription for paginated report in power bi service which can send report copy as email to user either in excel or pdf format?
Yes this is absolutely possible and has the similar functionality of "Subscribe" for pbix reports.
Provided you have Power BI Premium capacity (or Premium Per User) for the workspace hosting the paginated report and Pro licenses for the users, this would work seamless.

As mentioned it is possible to create subscription for paginated report in service and send as Email in pdf or excel format.

Thank you.Yes, in Power BI Service you can subscribe to Paginated Reports to send copies via email.
Formats: PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, etc.
Steps: Open report → Subscribe → choose recipients, format, schedule → save.
Requirements: Pro license or Premium workspace; recipients need access.
This automates sending report snapshots without manual export.
