Paginated Report: Coloumns among each other

Hi everyone,

I have created a simple paginated report that fit's to an iphone screen when exported to pdf.

My problem is, that within the report there is a table with 7 rows. To make it fit onto one page it was necessary to make small fields (in size) and some written vertical. Now, as often, the CEO doesn't want that.

He wants the fields among some fields. E.g.:

PropertyResponsibleStart DateEnd Date
 TASK Calculated Sum

Also of course with the header of the field so it should look like this in the end:

PropertyResponsibleStart DateEnd Date
property Name xyzJohn Doetodaytomorrow
 Task Calculated Sum
 Rebuild the property ESG 220M€

And it should look like this for every open property task on the list, so it could be 10 open tasks - makes 10 of thoses tableviews.

Has anybody please any kind of idea? I'm absolutely stuck here...

Thanks in advance

Not sure I follow the scenario completely, but in general, you can fully control the layout of fields in a table.

You can then either add fields directly next to you in the same row, or create static rows which repeat with each group.

This might get you started with more complex table layouts: https://www.interfacett.com/blogs/working-with-stepped-and-block-formats-in-sql-ssrs/

Or, in generaly, look a the pagianted reports in a day course, which will explain all the concepts for table layouts: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/learning-catalog/paginated-reports-online-course
