    ok  AUDISU PC2790  I think i got it now. It saw a prompt asking if you want to upgrade the shape . I just did it. and lo behold , the Action property appears.  Thanks for your assistance

In the Format section of the button, you can see to what page the button is linked to in the Action Section --> Destination option:

    Hi PC2790  , I do not see the Action property at all.  There is no action property  that i see - Not sure why this is

      Are you sure that those are buttons?
