Page Navigation with Gradients
Has anyone worked out an easy way to use Page Navigation with shapes that have a gradient? But are also dynamic?
So I know we can colour shapes etc using the formatting options for Page Navigation, but there is no option to use a gradient.
I have multiple pages and was hoping to use company shading on the buttons, have the button gradient change when selected, and jump to the relevant page. I am currently using the Page Navigation and copied the same menu to all pages, which then highlights the page we are on. So need all this to work as it, just have the shading as well.
Is this doable?
Power BI doesn’t currently support gradient fills for Page Navigation buttons. A workaround is to use gradient images or shapes with gradient image fills, then place a transparent page navigator (no fill, no border) on top, aligned with the background. That said, I’d recommend sticking with the built-in options since the workaround can be finicky to set up and harder to maintain.

That looks very impressive and would likely work for my use, however, I'm more a beginner so it's probably way above my ability at present. Thank you.
