POST API response in powerbi

We are trying to do a POST API response. To pass the selected value by the user (in PowerBI) through a POST API response and update the DB. Similar to this issue- (https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Using-Power-BI-variable-in-Python-Script/td-p/712115)

How to achieve this? Can someone kindly help asap.
