PLEASE HELP ROW VALUES NOT APPEARING RIGHT AMOUNT AND TOTAL COLUMN VALUES

Hi Everyone! Need help on this, if I filter months, sales targets is still showing with values so the column total for sales target is showing all salesman. please see screenshot:

Here's my formula currently, 

SALES TARGET = SUM('MONTHLY TARGETS UPLOAD'[FINAL MTD TARGET])

Are both Actual sales and Target sales joined to common date dimension and filter is coming from that ?

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s.

This is the scenario, When I click a certain FSS Name, the table still appears ALL salesman. 

What I want to be the result is that when I click a certain FSS, it will show only Sales Route Name under it and calculates column total with the ones appearing only on the table

If I understand correctly , currently the problem is that the value of SALES TARGET cannot be displayed correctly based on the FSS name when filtering FSS name . Am I correct?

Because it is not very clear which model tables and which columns these visuals come from, and what the relationships between these tables are , it may be not easy to find out the cause . Could you please provide the data model structure and some sample data ? It is better if you can provide your PBIX file (exclude sensitive data ) .
