PBI error refreshing database after software update (Sep24 from Sep22)

Hi all, novice here... IT have updated PBI to sep 2024, when refreshing tables from PostgreSQL database i am getting this error. Anyone have a solution. It did work uninstalling and reverting back to sep 22, IT have policies that keep updating. Would like to solve, any assistance appreciated - thanks
