Whn i refresh my PBI data , i get below msg pop up , how many time does it allow me to enter the PW ?

Do you mean the password you need to enter after entering your email address?
By my reserch and test, there's no limits about it. When you enter the wrong password, it will prompt for incorrect password.
In your screen shot, it shows you have already signed in. I don't understand what's going on.
