PBI WEB parameters editor
On web Pbi has Parameters editor, so questions is:
- Editing on web change desktop file parameter?
- Why some of fields is disabled for editing and how to make them editable?

Sorry for the mistake.
In desktop, when you are setting the parameter,you need to set the type to text.
I set it to "any" in my last test,so you see that I cant modify the parameter in Service,once I set it to text and applied it,it becomes editable in Service,see below:
For type,see the reference:
Type—Applies a Data Type restriction to the input value for the parameter. For example, users can define a parameter of type Text, or Date/Time. If you want to provide the greatest flexibility for users, you can specify Any value from the list of available types in the drop-down.

Hi Analitika,
It is query parameters from desktop,to make it editable,you need to set the parameters first in query editor in desktop.

After you have set the parameter,you need to apply it in desktop then publish to service,see below:
Go to query editor,after setting a parameter,click the dropdown button of the related column,choose text filters>equals:
Then apply parameters in "filter rows":
And in Service,you will see:
