Helper IIPBI Service unable to refresh
Hi,
I'm trying to schedule refresh for one of the data set and in the Data source credentials section its showing below error.
My data source is on shared/Network folder not on Sharepoint
I have tried Edit credentials but there's no change
Its just loading and nothing is happening

Can you please share some more detail information about these? It should help us clarify your scenario and test for troubleshooting. (e.g. data source type, connection mode, gateway type and configuration...)

Is this an on-premise data source? If yes, did you configure a gateway connection for it?
