I need to recreate the following chart in PowerBI. The tricky bit, as far as I can see, is overlaying the narrow Red & Green "Downsides" & "Upsides" columns. Data table below shows where the numbers come from.
Is this possible? Any pointers gratefully received.

Check out the custom visualization below maybe you can adjust as needed.

I am not sure what desired result would you want, could you please share your sample data and desired output screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
