Out of Stock Indicator over 12 months

Hi

I am trying to create an indicator (for slicer) if items are OOS for next 6/12 months.

My data set will be (in matrix)

Part No     Jun19 Jul19 Aug19 Sep19 Oct19 Nov19 Dec19

AA1           120    60      20       0          -10      -20     0

Month is from Date table and Part No and Projected SOH (value) from Inventory Table

This item has 4 months (Sep 19, Oct 19, Nov 19 and Dec 19) as Out of Stock (SOH<=0).

I wanted to create a slicer where the value is OOS and OK for a period of time (6 or 12 months).

I used If statement and countrow to return OOS value but when i filter "OOS", it's only showed Sep 19 onward.

It should show from Jun 19 onward so that user can see the movement

Anyone can help please

Regards

SF

Hi @v-yuta-msft & @VijayP

As requested, please find attached the sample data OOS Report

I wanted to create a indicator for Out of Stock (OOS). As i mentioned earlier the value should be

1. OK (no OOS for next 12 months

2. OOS (at least one month OOS for next 12 mths)

I was thinking if it is possible it shows no of months of OOS.

For example:

A1234; the value should be 6 (6 months OOS),

C8973: the value 0

T7890; the value 9 (9 months of OOS)

When user choose the value, it should show all data for next 12 months

Thanks

Which column contains "OOS" and  "OK"? Which columns do you want to filter, the value column or month column?  Could you share some sample tables with raw data(not matrix visual) and clarify more details about your requirement?
