Organize Matrix collumns (with a string for date)

Hello Community!

 

I need some help, i have a Matrix table with some collumns that have the Date and day name in it:

 

 

As you can see i have a problem of ordering them because its a string and not a date or integer.

 

How can i handle this? obviously 8/3 Sunday and 9/3 Monday should be before 10/3.

 

Also, bonus question ğŸ˜€ How can i make Satudays and Sundays have a diferente color from up to bottom of the matrix? I've tryed with conditional formating but its very limited.

    Create a column that represents correct sort for this and mark it as sort column

      Hello Amitchandak

       

      I have already an Index (i saw a post talking about it) and its ordered by that index, but i still get the same result.

      In this view you can see that its correcly ordered 😕

       

       

      Am i missing some step?
