Oracle connection error

1- I installed instantclient_21_10

2- install oracle sql developer, and test the connection successfully.

3- reinstalled power bi

4- clear and reset cache

even that i am not able to connect, below is the error details

1. Verify that the Oracle client is properly installed on your system.The Oracle client should be compatible with the version of Power BI Desktop being used.
2. Ensure that the user account running Power BI Desktop has the required permissions to access the Oracle database.
3. Try connecting to the Oracle database using Power BI Desktop on another computer to see if the problem is specific to the current setup.
