Oracle: ORA-12547:TNS: lost contact

I am facing below issue while connecting from power bi to oracle database, please help me asap.

Is there a more detailed error message? Does your connection mean power bi desktop connecting to a data source or creating a connection for a gateway, maybe you can check the basic conditions for connecting to Oracle:

Based on the error message:ORA-12547 - Database Error Messages (oracle.com), it seems that the desktop application is abnormal and you may need to download the latest version of desktop to try it out

Have updated the power bi desktop version but still issue is coming.

Any one help ?
