Operational and Administrative Production Tracker

My unit has both operational and administrative work that we track. All on teams, we have four different trackers in Teams that assign different types of administrative tasking to each person in the unit. We have on calendar that tracks our operational work and people are also assigned by name in each of those entries. How can I build a dashboard or scorecard that reflect all of these five trackers for each individual? We have weekly scheduling meetings where this work is divided out, and we need a visual that adequately displays that work distribution. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi @ThomasZD

You need to import the data source to Power BI Desktop first, then transform the data and create the data modeling, then you can can create measure in it.Then select card visual or other visual to display the related value. You can refer to the following link.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-card

If the soultion above cannot meet your requirement, can you provide some sample data and the output you want so that can provide more suggestion for you.

Best Regards!
