Waterfall chart changes between two years

I have information in this format:

YearDepartmentSales
2022Accessories1200
2022Services500
2022Core4200
2023Accessories800
2023Services700
2023Core3800

I want to create a waterfall chart that shows the evolution from 2022 to 2023 by department.

This is, first column would be the total for 2022 and then a waterfall (increase/decrease) by department (so 3 columns) and lastly a 2023 total column.

I see examples that make the waterfall by months, but I need by deparments instead, so not sure how to do it.

    Hi, zervino

Based on your information, I create a table:

    Then follow this steps:

Create a waterfall visual, and put parameters in the field like this

The first column is the total for 2022 and then a waterfall (increase/decrease) by department and lastly a 2023 total column
