Open report created via web client in desktop client

Hello,

I am new to PowerBI and have spent quite some time creating a number of reports in the web client version of PowerBI, but would now like to switch to the desktop client and continue working on these same reports.  I assumed this would be a simple task, however I can find no record of where the report files are stored in the web client, nor is there any obvious link to my online workspace in the desktop app even through I am logged in.

I appologise if this has been asked before, but after a reasonable amount of searching i have not been able to find what I would have assumed would be a simple answer.

Thanks for your help

Joseph

@ josephCA you can't open report created in powerbi service in desktop client. Normally you would create report in powerbi desktop and publish to powerbi service.
