Open email in Outlook app on ios

Currently when I try to open mailto:email@email.com type entry in table, it opens in native ios Mail app. 

Is there a way to make it open on the Outlook app? I googled that if the email is of format "ms-outlook://compose?to=email@email.com" then it would open in outook app but that format text is not hyperlinked nor can I get it to show up as icon such as when mailto: or http: is used in beginning of text.

As it's not an ios system here,I cant reproduce your senario,based on my test,when I click the link in power bi,it would open in Outlook.
