Hello, I just wonder if it is any way to change the size when I open my dashboard and the same when I open in the app. Because it is annoyed for the user to change the size.
This is the way that the dashboard looks when I open in the server as well as in desktop.

@Anonymous ,
Is the issue resolved?
The problem that at desktop, every single time I open, it shows the entire page, eventhough I saved with the zoom (100%). Also, when I publis the dashboard, the zoom is 100%. However, when I open the dashboard at the server, it shows the entire sheet and the user needs to zoom in.
@Anonymous ,
Can you try this:
If you want to default it to actual size, in your PBI Desktop, Go to View -> Page View -> Actual Size -> Publish to PBI Services (See Below)
I edited my previous reply to include this but you might have missed it. This should resolve. Please make sure you open in incognito mode since browser cache might hold the zoom correction.

Hi @Anonymous ,
In PBI Desktop, at the bottom right of your screen, make zoom % = 100%.
In PBI Services, you can perform the same as PBI desktop or click on view -> Actual size(see below)
Also, if you want to default it to actual size, in your PBI Desktop, Go to View -> Page View -> Actual Size -> Publish to PBI Services (See Below)

sorry,m but when i open the dashboard on the server, i still need to scrool because it doesnt fit within width.
Is any way to reduce the actual size to 80%?
@Anonymous ,
If you don't want horizontal scroll (for exceeding width), then go to desktop -> View -> Fit to width -> Save -> publish.
Make sure you refresh the browser or open the report in incognito after making this change and viewing report in services.
I'll summarize it for you with all options provided in Power BI:
1. If you don't want horizontal scroll for exceeding width, then View -> Fit to width
2. If you don't want horizontal scroll for exceeding width and vertical scroll for exceeding height, then View -> Fit to page
3. If you want horizontal scroll or vertical scroll for exceeding width and height, then View -> Actual size
