One slicer for 2 datasets with many-to-many relationship

Hi, I have 2 datasets:

1. List of hours employees have booked to projects

2. List of helpdesk tickets

There is currently a many-to-many relationship between the two sets with field Project code.

I want a single slicer that:

1. Filters dataset 1 to a particular month.

2. Filter dataset 2 to the same month or newer.

For example, if I select February, I want to see all the hours booked in Feb, and all the tickets modified in Feb or newer. This is becuase the ticket may have been worked on in Feb or continued to be worked on in March, so if filter to only Feb it will exclude it. I currently have 2 slicers set up but would like to get down to 1 to simplify as the report is for people not too familiar with PowerBI (even less so than me!).

Hi @jawilson ,

It is very difficult to analyze without looking at the data and just by imagining.Any chance you can share a PBIX file with dummy data?
