One button to reset all filters on all page tabs

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to implement a feature in Power BI where:

  • A single button on the homepage resets all filters across all report pages/tabs.

Alternatively, is there a way to automatically reset all slicers/filters to default (or null) when the report is first opened? We're running into issues where users forget to clear filters before exiting a page, and when they return later, they’re confused because the data doesn’t look right due to leftover filters.

Hi @EZimmet ,

It sounds like you may want to disable persistent filters. To do this go to report settings in the PBI service (click ... next to report name and choose settings), then turn on "Don't allow end user to save filters on this report"
