On the fly Calculation on basis of selected button/filter .

Hi,

I'm trying to cal. % on basis on selection of buttons/filter on the screen.
I've  8  buttons/filter on screen in pair of 2 and user can select only 1 button/filter from the pair. Suppose user select button/filter "A" from pair 1,  "D" from pair 2, "F" from pair 3 and "G" from pair 4. Now, I want to check for the rows where 1 is present in all selected column as in "Flag" column and finally will calculate count of 1 in flag column by total rows. 

1. Is it possible to create in power bi.
