It seems like you got failed when install the personal gateway. In order to make further troubleshooting and give you sutiable solution, could you please check or try the following info?
- If your system meet the minimum system requirements for the Power BI Personal Gateway.
- If run the installation file as an administrator (select "Run as Administrator")
- Uninstall the gateway and clear the cached files, re-download the installation file and re-install it Install the on-premises data gateway (personal mode)

Hi, I already tried that solution only after that I post my question. There is No app with the name of Gateway in control panel to unistall.
I hope you understand my issue now.
I have this exact issue! and the same box pop up, I cannot find a solution anywhere
My problem is solved automatically when my Admin clear the registry and all the stuck installation files.
