On-Prem data gateway is showing offline.

Hi, 

I have installed the On-Prem Data Gateway on the server and after installation i have created a data source in Power BI Online and connected successfully through the installed Gateway for the first time. But Later on when i have checked the status of the gateway its showing as Offline.  

I have relogin into installed On-Prem Data Gateway. that time its shows as connected but still in power bi online it shows as offline.

Please let me know how can i connect gateway from the Power BI online to installed gateway .

Please try to restart the On-Prem Data Gateway to see if it works.
