Obtaining previous salary values

Hi,

I have 2 tables, one which has people information and a second table holding position information.

I have pulled in the current salary but I am hoping to pull previous salary into the same report and have the previous salary along the same row as the current salary for each person. Below is an example of the data.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Remove any unneeded columns which may cause confussion.

Rename columns to user friendly names.
