OVERRIDE SUBTOTALS
Please let me know if we can override subtotals.

What do you mean by overrride subtotals?
To turn them off you have an optionon the matrix visual that allows you to remove them, if you want to have a different value you need to make and IF formula combined with a HASONEFILTER for example to put another value, be aware that this is only valid for measures not direct calculation with column values.
