OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Microsoft SQL: Protocol error in TDS stream

Hi all,

I tried to filter some records from Query Editor. I selected a particular column and filter the records and clicked the close and apply button. After loading for some time, say for example, after completing around 1 million records, it ended up with the error namely,

OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Microsoft SQL: Protocol error in TDS stream

Note: I have 4.5 million records for that 999 id.

Does anyone have a reason for this error and a fix?   Could anyone please help me what is going wrong in my case?

Please see the below screenshots,

Thanks in Advance,
Praveen.

Hi @Anonymous,

Based on my research, the issue may due to the SQL Server, you could refer to below link that may contribute to solving your problem:
