ODBC: ERROR [IM003] - Pervasive SQL ODBC Interface Error - Excel Works
I am able to use a 64bit ODBC DSN connection in Excel but it will not load into Power BI. I believe I am running the latest version of the driver/DLL file.
Details: "ODBC: ERROR [IM003] Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. (Pervasive ODBC Interface, C:\Program Files\Actian\PSQL\bin\odbcci64.dll)."

It seems like a issue with the ODBC driver initialization in Power BI, could you please try the following steps for further troubleshooting?
- Confirm the driver is 64-bit and the version of driver is the latest one
- Reinstall the Pervasive SQL ODBC driver with the latest version:Pervasive SQL ODBC Driver Downloads | Progress DataDirect
- Run Power BI Desktop as an administrator
