R / Python interface for PBI
I notice in the PBI for Desktop, there is R and Python interface. But the web version of Power BI from Fabric, there is nothing of R and Python interface. How do we enable the feature of that R and Python interface in the web version of PBI?
You can only create or edit Python and R visuals from Power BI Desktop. At this moment it is not possible to author them from Power BI service
Do note that not all python and r packages are supported in service, you can find the list in the below pages

Python visual in the service supported only in Fabric regions. It means reports published to workspaces display Python chart visual when the workspace has Fabric license, a Pro or PPU license, or a premium license and the PBI home tenant is in a region with Fabric Spark workload availability this information given by Microsoft from the documentation.
