O365 EDU | PowerBI Usage Preview Dashboard is not refreshing

Hi,

I have a O365EDU tenant and when I access the powerbi o365 adoption preview dashboard, I am not able to get the data refreshed (it still shows data from 2019).

How can I fix this?

Hi @jprcasqueiro ,

"Unable to get the data refreshed" means refresh failed? Please check this document for troubleshooting.

Hi Winniz,

It doesn't fail, I don't have any error message. The PowerBI usage report & dashboard are available in the O365 EDU admin/reports but when I access the report I get data from 2019.
