Are you facing this issue only when you publish it ? I have worked with this database, it has a lot of data, so it's possible that Power BI Service is still running the filter.

Have you tried starting from UF ?

Eu usei um banco de dados menor. nisso eu usei UF.Lembrando que o problema é apenas para fazer essa busca no segmentador , na filtragem para o painel quando eu clico no criterio desejado ele funciona normalmente , e sim , somente na versão publicada . no workspace funciona normalmente e rapido.

Descobri que a funcionalidade não estava respondendo muito bem no google crome .

Ao tentar pelo Internet Explorer foi possivel realizar o filtro.

I tried here and it's filtering.

Is your issue about wrong results or no filtering at all ?
