Numeric Distribution Calculation (thread 1)

Dear Community Members,

I need your help with quite complex case of numeric distribution calculation. 

I was suggested by one of the community member @v-chuncz-msft

First, I have calculated total number of stores with optional selection of multiple filters. 

Second, I need to calculate total number of active stores with optional selection of multiple filters, but I don't know how to write DAX code for that measure [Total Num of Active Stores].

One store can be supplied by multiple distributors. 

Active store is considered when selected distributor(-s) has already shipped selected product(-s) to the store for one time.
