Numbers getting rounded down after publishing

Hello,

I have a table with multiple columns that I set to "whole number" data type (by going Data tab > Column tools > Data type = whole number). This works as expected inside PBI desktop, but when I publish and then view the report at app.powerbi.com numbers are all rounded down. 

How can I make the web version display whole numbers correctly?

Hi @jayhaast ,

As far as I know, setting to Whole number type will round the data by default. So please use the TRUNC function to truncate a number to an integer by removing the decimal part of the number.

Measure = TRUNC( SUM('Table'[Value]) )

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

thanks for the suggestion, this isn't what i'm asking though. I dont want to truncate down, I want PBI web to not round down. The weird thing is that the desktop version is behaving as expected, it's only when i publish I get the issue.

@jayhaast , clear bowser cache -> refresh and try again

or

Republish -> clear bowser cache -> refresh and try again

Thanks amitchandak. Didn't get to test your suggestoin unfortunately, my computer did a major update over the weekend and now problem is fixed. But the update presumably included a cache refresh. Sorry I couldnt test conclusively.
