Number of projects per month

Hi people,

I'm dealing with some thoubles in create a Dashboard to my projects departament.

The data is:

Project IDStart dateFinal Date
101/01/201925/06/2019
216/02/201914/09/2019
305/06/202030/06/2020

I have to create a table that it shows how many projects by month the department is conducting. Using the case above, the results would be:

Month / YearCount
01/20191
02/20192
03/20192
04/20192
05/20192
06/20193
07/20191

I've tried to use this formula, but this not work for me:

Calendário = ADDCOLUMNS(CALENDAR(DATE(2019;1;1);DATE(YEAR(TODAY());MONTH(TODAY());day(TODAY())));
"Dia da semana";WEEKDAY([Date];1);
"Workday";SWITCH(WEEKDAY([Date];1);1;"Não";7;"Não";"Sim");
"Feriado";LOOKUPVALUE(Feriados[Feriado];Feriados[Data];[Date]);
"Projetos conduzidos";CALCULATE(COUNT('Projetos - Jira'[Chave]);
FILTER('Projects';(EOMONTH('Projects'[Start date];-1)+1) <= [Date]);
FILTER('Projects';'Projects'[Final Date] >= [Date]);
))

Someone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you!
