Number Remain the Same After filter Top N in column chart

After using the Top N in the side filter, the percentage of the number changed.

I know the percentage is comparing the top 5 items only, is it possible to have it shown the same percentage as the table do?

This is just an example.

My actual raw data contain thousands of items, which was not able to read if I don't filter top items.

This also happens when I am doing the ranking.
